Meet Our Staff


The Owner

Benjamin Simmons grew up in this business. Many of our cutomers remember him helping with installations when he was a young child. In 2011, he became the Vice President of Operations and began running the day to day business. Benjamin then purchased the business in January 2015, when Don Simmons decided to retire.


Office Staff

Barbara and Joe make up the office staff. These are the people you speak to first when you call in to make an appointment or pay a bill. Each of these staff members are appropriately licensed and can provide first tier tech support over the phone.


Sales Staff

Greg has been selling alarm systems in North Louisiana for over 30 years. He will work with you to design a system that meets your needs. If you are interested in using Shreveport Security and have any questions, be sure to give Greg a call.



Billy, Kelly, Sierra , and Joe are the day to day technicians that will visit your home or business to do installation and service work. All are licensed with the Louisiana State Fire Marshall and have many years experience.
